Close down one sense and another rises up to take its place. Space becomes occupied the moment it is emptied. Work is like the tidal shifts of the coast, as water receeds, it merely gathers momentum before returning.
So what is the answer to procrastination? The trouble with organised answers are that they need organised lives to come to fruition. Do we really seek such control ? And to what extent to we really believe we have control over anything? It is the unknown, the darkness and the uncertainty that allow us to truely discover something new. Steer away from the known at all costs. Head for the twilight zone and reawaken a previously dulled sense.

Simply beautiful video.
In my taiji class we've tried closing our eyes while moving through the postures. My strong root was lost. My posture struggled (started sticking my butt out for balance!) and my kicks were no where near as solid.
I love the balance between what we judge as opposing values actually strengthen with each other - for example 'to truly know where I am going I need to close my eyes' - or 'sight improving proportionately to the darkness
Thanks...
