Cat Walking at the Supermarket

Eating slow and drinking slow maybe the fad of the moment in certain neighbourhoods but here in Spain and the land of the 3-4 hour lunch break, slowness and consumption is nothing new. However, walking slow is still yet to really take off here, perhaps because Spaniards generally tend to only walk a short distance before bumping into a cousin and standing still for the next hour, and partly because Spaniards don't really go anywhere so walking is never a great priority.
Although slow walking is being taken up in other countries it is not always with good technique and not always for the right reasons. So here at Uncarved Blog we have put together a small video on walking slow - or Cat Walking for Beginners: Try it out in the Supermarket before heading out on to the street first kids.

Questions and Answers.
Do you keep your knees bent at all times?
Yup, that's the secret.

Do Cats really walk like that?
Yup, but they generally do not wear shoes.

Won´t I get thrown out of the supermarket if I try that?
Yup, just make sure you still have hold of your grocery basket.
