Tai Chi

Why practice tai chi?
Although its origins were martial in character the gradual fusion of related disciplines (chi gung and Taoism) have converted this soft form of shadow boxing into a powerful tool for personal health though the gentle movements that maintain the joints and co-ordinate the breath.

Add to all this a powerful world view that places us in a passively active role that predated the environmental and the voluntary simplicity movement and you end up with a impressive recipe for survival in this world of transition and transparency.
